MadXR ("we," "us," or "our") builds enterprise XR, VR, AR, and software solutions. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit madxr.io, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it in plain language on purpose.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name (optional), the service you're interested in (optional), and your message. That's all the form asks for, and that's all we keep.

If you email us directly or connect with us on LinkedIn, we'll have whatever information you choose to share in that conversation.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — things like which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, the type of browser and device used, and the general geographic region an IP address comes from. This data is aggregated and doesn't tell us who you are personally.

2. Cookies

The site may use cookies and similar technologies to make analytics work and to remember basic preferences. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, and the site will still work. If we use Google Analytics, you can also opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and discuss your project;
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, or follow-ups you've asked for;
  • Understand how the site is used so we can improve it;
  • Keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We won't add you to a marketing list just because you contacted us, and we won't send you marketing email you didn't ask for.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Period.

5. When We Share Information

We only share personal information in a few narrow situations:

  • Service providers. Companies that help us run the site and our business — such as website hosting, email, and analytics providers — may process data on our behalf. They're only permitted to use it to provide services to us.
  • Legal requirements. If we're required to by law, subpoena, or a valid government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers. If MadXR is ever acquired or merged, contact information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, then delete them when they're no longer needed. Aggregated analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider's settings.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just email info@madxr.io and we'll take care of it — usually within a few business days. Depending on where you live, you may also have specific rights under local privacy laws; we'll honor valid requests regardless of where you're located.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep the amount of data we hold small — the less we collect, the less there is to protect.

9. Children's Privacy

Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

The site may link to third-party websites (for example, LinkedIn or research publications). Their privacy practices are their own — this policy doesn't cover them.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.

12. Governing Law

This policy and any privacy-related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Contact Us
