5. Project Engagements Are Governed by Separate Agreements

If you engage MadXR to build something, that work will be governed by a separately negotiated and signed agreement (such as a master services agreement, statement of work, or proposal). Those documents — not these website terms — control the scope, deliverables, pricing, intellectual property, and warranties for client projects. If there's ever a conflict between these terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

This site may link to third-party websites, research, or tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MadXR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) this site or its content, even if we've been advised such damages are possible. To the extent any liability is not excludable, our total aggregate liability related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
